“It is a great joy and pleasure hosting our guests. Often on holiday weeks, and other times throughout the year the upper stone balcony is not available for guests to use. During these dates, you will have the Open patio At the top of the driveway with an ocean view as well as the covered chandelier patio both always available. Sandy was a great host and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The apt was super cozy and had all the essentials on top of having a beautiful view and being in the perfect location. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and was located in a quiet Laguna Beach neighborhood. Sandy answered my questions/concerns promptly and always found ways to accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend anyone considering a stay at one of Sandy's place to go ahead and do it because she is an awesome host and genuinely cares about her guests.

Lovely studio in the heart of Laguna Beach. Location couldn't have been better as we were only ~5min walking distance to the beach. The apartment was in great condition and had everything we needed! Sandy was always responsive and really helpful. Definitely recommend this place as base for discovering Orange County!
