Welcome to your private beach oasis, nestled in the dunes of Amagansett, this lovely home adjoins a nature preserve and is only a few minutes walk to its own private beach.
Along with a large wrap around deck with fire pit and gas BBQ, there is a wonderful saltwater pool, surrounded by hydrangeas, roses and lavender. Outdoor shower, all the beach gear, surf boards and pool toys to make your days divine.
The space
The house is two floors, with the upper floor that includes the living room, dining, kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The wrap around deck maximizes the wide open dune views.
The lower level consists of three bedrooms (one is also an office), a bathroom and a kitchenette, along with a full lower deck complete with an extra large swing for afternoon naps.
Guest access
You will have full access to the house and property. We will only keep one shed locked for personal storage.
Other things to note
The house is on a quiet street, very nice for children.
The private beaches are patrolled by friendly security guards who ensure only those who are living in the Amagansett Dunes neighborhood have access. This makes for an uncrowded and serene beach experience.
We have a fenced yard with lush lawn. A lovely outdoor shower in a bamboo grove, and a collection of animals that you will see in the dune preserve, such as deer, bunnies, and even the occasional fox!

This place is absolutely amazing! This quiet, beautiful house is just a short walk to one of the most amazing beaches. The home itself is stylish and comfortable and we had the most amazing family vacation here. We can’t wait to come back again! Thank you thank you!

Wow, this house is a little slice of heaven.
Wow, this house is a little slice of heaven. It’s beautifully decorated, just a few minutes walk to the beach and super quiet. The pool is an added bonus that you’ll never want to leave. Oh and the swing on the porch overlooking the dunes is the perfect place to read a book, have a glass of wine at night or just listen to the rain. Our two week stay was not long enough...we are sure to come back. Can’t wait until next summer!

The house is terrific. It is nested next to the ocean which you can hear from the house and has a great pool. The house is comfortable with lots of light and layout maximizes space. We had a terrific time

We sadly just left this special spot in the Dunes in Amagansett! Our time there was heaven- there is a beautiful view of the dune off the upper deck where a deer came every evening to graze and sweet rabbits hopped around at sunset! The location is amazing-a quick walk down to a private community beach and close to shops and restaurants in town. The house was spotless, bright and cheery. Everything you need is there from the thoughtful toiletries left in the bathrooms to the amazing beach chairs and boogie boards at our disposal. At night you can hear the roar of the ocean and see a sky full of stars. The dunes are a very special community that epitomizes easy relaxed beach living! And the pool is spectacular with roses and hydrangea blooming all around! I can’t recommend this special home or the lovely owners enough- this was a perfect escape from the stresses of the world!
