We love hosting you, our guests, it is a joy for us and we want to continue the success. The Villa is in a quiet residential neighborhood just one block above access to bustling Downtown, 2.5 blocks to the beach activities. As we are at the end of a quiet street, and there are neighbors on either side of The Villa, neighbors behind us, and a guest house below and in front, we need to be respectful of the culture of the neighborhood. The property, front entry, front meditation garden and throughout the large resort like back yard with spa and chef's BBQ are all available for guests' use and enjoyment.
There are 2 garages for 1 car each and 1-2 spaces for off-street parking. The total of 4 cars is the limit for cars at The Villa. Thank you for allowing us to host you!

Sandy's home is incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed this gorgeous villa. Literally everything you could need or want was available to us. The home is comparable to a 5 star resort!!! So many fine touches to enjoy. The location is amazing, so very convenient to the village. Sandy is an extremely hospitable host. She was very helpful and communicative. Undoubtedly We will return!

Fantastic place with lots of space to work for both kids and adults, and wonderful amenities to relax and play. The wrap-around views are amazing - especially the view of Catalina Island at sunset. Sandy is a gracious host and has furnished the house with everything you need, from beach toys to family games. The house was very clean when we arrived, with personal touches to welcome us. The kitchen has everything and the gas grill outside cooks some delicious steaks. It's a 6 minute walk to the beach, which we visited every day. But with kids, during our visit (December), with all the paraphernalia that comes with kids, we ended up driving and found there was no problem parking right on the beach anytime up to the early afternoon. The house is built for entertaining, but we found it wonderful just to be with our family and enjoyed our time immensely.
